Shipping

Current shipping delays
Due to the impacts of COVID-19 and widespread lockdowns, postal services are experiencing an interruption to regular operations. Please expect the possibility of delays for all deliveries.

Australia
Due to international shipping restrictions, all items ordered before 1 February 2022 will be batched and shipped from the US to Australia via FedEx the week of 14 February 2022. Once in Australia, items will be individually shipped to customers via Australia Post Express within 2 business days of arriving. When this order is dispatched via Australia Post you will receive tracking details by email. Free shipping for all orders over $250 AUD.

United States
For all orders in the US, there will be an option to choose FedEx Ground ($20 AUD), USPS Express (free) or local in-person pickup in Providence, RI (free) at checkout. For local pick up please contact info@kaiwasikowski.com to arrange time and location. All orders will be shipped on, or ready for local pick up the week of 14 Feb 2022. All FedEx Ground and USPS orders will receive tracking information.

Exchanges and returns
We sincerely hope that you are happy with your Kai Wasikowski purchase. All sales from Kai Wasikowski are final and returns are not accepted.

Faulty item
In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email info@kaiwasikowski.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. Replacements may be offered if we deem that there was damage due to shipping or a manufacturing fault. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
